how u all can play the game? i follow u all the step but i still cant play stuck at after create character have no menu

1. run game
2. press start until see the menu
3. do not create save. you can use save state as a save game (esc -> save state. load save = load state)
4. play
5. turn off HW Transform for better performance

windows xp
Dual core E6300 2.80Ghz (OC 3.20Ghz)
MSI HD6670, 1gb, GDDR5
3GB Ram

I don't understand how do u get better performance with HW transform off? When i turn it off game works even worst then it was.
