Zlib and SDL are probably correct, latest versions should be fine.
You apparently need to install GLEW (there should be a package for that, with -devel in its name probably).
Also, try to add:

add_definitions(-msse2)

At the end of the Common/CMakeLists.txt file. Then tell me if that works (just try compiling the same way as you did before).

Note you'll have to run ppsspp from the SDL/ directory by running "build/ppsspp".
