Older (and weaker) Mali capable devices though tend to do that annoying thing of a manufacturer hiding a bad GPU with a good CPU.(04-21-2013 11:52 PM)VIRGIN KLM Wrote:then mali a bad gpu for ppsspp????(04-21-2013 03:27 PM)Conrado8ph Wrote:(04-21-2013 09:41 AM)VIRGIN KLM Wrote: People, what's the GPU your phones have? It's not generaly Mali or a specific GPU, like as a hardware, it's their OpenGL ES implementations that suck, think of it roughly as Intel or better the old implementations of AMD/ATI cards. Mali is a good example of alot of devices being prone to such bugs. My Adreno 220 has 2 other issues nobody seemed to mention/have here, I'll live with that since debugging is next to impossible. Also have in mind that SOMETIMES some stuff work on some minor devices that actualy they shouldn't, the fact that they work is a result of a bug, as funny as it sounds, there are some not so rare occasions that something like this happens. |
