Error code 8002013a

Me and my gf tried to play Ace Combat Joint Assault but she can never play through Ad Hoc Server in the campaign and always shows this error code. I have the exact same settings as her but can do it normally. She can join in VS Mode but not in campaign mode. Another friend tried it and is fine. What's causing this and how to fix it?
