Request to move "memstick" to a folder of our choosing?

Sorry if this is the wrong place to post, I looked on the website for a feedback option and found none.

I use PPSSPP on my computer at work. The program in installed in the C drive but the C drive is hidden from users so I can't interact with the folders and add textures. The Documents folder is on the D drive but it syncs to OneDrive so that's out of the question. Was wondering if the option can be added to choose our own folder.

Even better, if we could install textures to a folder separate from the memstick so you could still sync your saves to the cloud, but that might be asking for too much as it seems tied to the memory stick.
