Android 11, D-pad and analogs doesn't work

I’ve seen Android updates cause odd changes in Bluetooth controller behavior, even when the other buttons still work normally. Since the analog stick and D-pad are the only inputs affected, I’d first try removing and re-pairing the PS4 controller, resetting PPSSPP’s control mapping, and checking whether the controller works correctly in another app.
