I have a similar issue, I have tried all these meathods post here with the exception of the "savedataupgradeversion" as I can not find that.
I am using the latest psp firmware, And I have also tried moving save files with the ark4 custom firmware installed to see if that would change anything, And it still does not work. So I am thinking that it has to be some sort of setting on the PPSSPP end that is casuing it.
