I thought the 60 FPS patch was the cause of this horrendous wobbling, but apparently it is just as bad without the patch. This should disable it in-game.

This code patches (presumably) an if statement that jumps to "camera wobble" logic calculation with a nop. Ideally, it should be applied before starting the game.
