Alright, Grand Knights History, eh? A classic! The Options button acting up is a real head-scratcher. Sounds like a binding conflict gone wild. PPSSPP's control schemes can be tricky beasts sometimes, that's for sure! Maybe there's some double-binding happening you can try to manually set the configuration by following the official guidance or YouTube videos!
