Metal Gear Solid Peace Walker

Sorry if this is in the wrong spot, this is my first time posting to the forums. Please let me know where I should post if it needs to go somewhere else.

Been playing Peace Walker lately, but this texture glitch keeps happening. I was playing with the HD Texture Pack v0.2, but it happens even when removing the pack. I've looked for and tried a ton of different fixes, messed around with setting, but nothing seems to fix it or it goes away for a little bit and comes back.

Any advice and help would be greatly appreciated!
