RE: Any way to dump and replace video frames?
I’ve run into the same wall when I tried to work with video frames on older PSP games, especially for HD packs. The “video = true” trick in textures.ini never actually helped for video sequences, only for standard textures, so I never got it to work either. Was always hoping for a better workaround, but the way these emulators process video as a separate stream makes things tricky. If you ever manage to get your video upscaled separate from gameplay, you might need to merge mp4 files afterward for a smoother result. I’ve needed this for mods and found it’s way easier than working with raw textures.
