I can't save or load saved game

This usually happens because PPSSPP doesn’t have proper write permissions or the save folder path is incorrect. To fix it: 1️⃣ Close PPSSPP. 2️⃣ Move your saves from OneDrive to a local folder, e.g. `C:\PPSSPP\memstick\PSP\SAVEDATA`. 3️⃣ Open PPSSPP → Settings → System → Change “Memstick location” to that new local path. 4️⃣ Run PPSSPP as Administrator once. 5️⃣ Try saving a new game—if it works, then copy your old saves (like `ULES00636CM2007-8`) into that same SAVEDATA folder. This should fix both loading and saving issues.
