DualSense device recognized, but not inputs

Hello,
Had same problem (dualsense working within ppsspp menus but no response in game) and solved it by adding the emulator in steam as a non-steam game and launching it from steam library.
Everything seems fine now for me.
Just thought I would post this solution in case it might help you or other people...
