The Sims 2 HD Texture Pack [ULUS10031]

Hello, I recently started to work on the issue of how to get and how to replace textures in game. If it's not a secret, what programs are used for this? And what is actually needed for this. Maybe there is a guide somewhere on replacing textures for games on Psp? I tried to do it according to the guides from the YouTube video, but the downloaded image Sims 2 IN .iso I could only open it UltraISO. And the files inside (.bat) I still couldn't open it. Thanks in advance
