Silent Hill Origins Broken flashlight past version 1.14 (included 1.18.1)

Im a frequent user of PPSSPP and it is a great emulator, works fantastic.

The retroachievement feature introduced in version 1.16 is really cool, however retroachievements in Origins is difficult since the flashlght broke past version 1.14, on version 1.14 it looks and renders perfectly, past that version up to 1.18.1 it is broken in all of them, leaving you with a broken rendering as only option if you want to use retroachievements for Origins.

Something that changed from 1.14 broke this game especifically, havent tested others.

Upon my testing, assets folder does not make any difference, the issue is tied to the executable of the emulator.

Havent found a workaround to this issue

i wanted to report this hoping it will get fixed in future updates
