The game will only apply the cheat whenever game detect changes in camera state, either by zoom-in effect while talking to some NPCs, changing camera view few times with 'down' d-pad button while in quest, or entering places that forcefully alter camera state. Effect resets (revert back to original aspect ratio) whenever game loads new area. Tested on FU Complete patch v1.4.0
