Custom screenshot button is not working(Android).

I put screenshot function on a custom button but when I'm trying to take a screenshot in a game using the button, "couldn't save the screenshot file" is showing up. I tried enabling storage/media perm since it wasn't on, still couldn't take a screenshot. I couldn't find a thread as well so if there's something I can do, please help me out.

P.S: Just noticed that the screenshot files are there but nothing in it(check image 2).
