access psp memory on android?

i tried using Python to connect to the remote debug port of ppsspp. if i send anything to the port, ppsspp would disconnect. do i have to use browser to do debugging?
the version of ppsspp that i tried , is the newest version on windows, downloaded from ppsspp website.
