Which file to extract?

Some games that i downloaded have this weird activities that shouldn't be happening. In the recent game that i played, mgs pw, i was playing this extra mission including a truck and they are so fast that I can't catch up, they are really fast one reload and they are already at the end after that incident it got to my curiosity if that thing happens to other so i watch a youtube tutorial about it and things were normal and possible to accomplish same goes to the extra mission 64 pooyan where i cant even shoot one because from the intro of that mission they were already flying up in the sky. Is this a game glitch, glitch from the iso that i download? What is this and how do you fix it? Or is my device just really trash?
