The number indicates the number of commits since the release. It's a versioning thing, but the point is it's not actually "linear." That commit was in a pull request that was created some time ago, so that build itself (even though it was just added to PPSSPP) did not include anything from 155+.

But hmm, seems the build downloads page doesn't sort properly because of that...
