Game RAM modification automation

Is a good idea,normally some games will freeze because of the lack of ram due to being games for 3000 series of psp sadly it isn't done for reasons.
Normally most games don't use full CPU so CPU overclock seems weird to me,but getting an option to change the ram from 8 MB (original 1000 series) to 16 MB (2000 series) or 32 MB (3000 series) would be better or adding a custom ammount to have the game running better.
