1.16 crashes on close after first launch in W10

Hi,

I noticed that 1.16.2 and 1.16.3 (64bit, Gold, zip) 'crashed' for me when I close the program by clicking the window close (x) button in Windows 10. But only after the first time I run it, freshly unzipped to a new folder. Any subsequent launches it is fine.

I write 'crashed' as it isn't immediately obvious- closing just takes a second or two longer, and there is a crash dump file generated for the event.

I have not been able to recreate the issue after it has happened once, but (at least) the most recent two versions did this for me.

Perhaps any idea of the underlying cause?
