That is unfortunate, wonder what is causing it. Stuff being missing does suck, on my end it was all fine when I ran through the game several times. I didnt bother mapping stage textures to the ini but I guess I can try that, is the UI stuff ok on your end? and are you using the latest version of ppsspp as well?

EDIT: I just deleted my save in ppsspp, restarted the game new with my texture pack installed and dump textures option still turned on, a fresh "new" folder too. Turned on an HP cheat and ran through the 8 boss stages. I didnt get any new textures dumped aside from some enemy attack fx and a missing hash for some text in the options menu.
