What are you talking about? Do you even have sense of what you're talking about? I think you don't understand how serious this is. I bet you never heard of something called "Cease and desist" right? It happened in the past with Sony and emulators. What makes you think it won't happen again, especialy now that Sony is like on the hunt of violators and now that they are eager to show their ugly face on the market? If it wasn't really an issue why would this thread get locked?(http://forums.ppsspp.org/showthread.php?tid=2194). If there wasn't a problem why wouldn't everbody use the SDKs for example on PS3 homebrew?

Sony can put an end to PPSSPP simply by sending a cease and desist to the author even if they have the slightest feeling that we are violating their TOU and their copyrights which is a very simple and effective way to stop all of us.

Also having worked for Sony in the past I have no doubt they are checking the forum and our discussions. I can bet money for that.
