Try using the latest dev build from https://buildbot.orphis.net/ppsspp/
PS: i've tested the game (EU version) on multiple instance and it worked fine even with 200ms simulated latency PPSSPP Multiplayer Guide: https://github.com/hrydgard/ppsspp/wiki/How-to-play-multiplayer-games-with-PPSSPP |
