Playstation memory issue

Sorry i know its not the best topics for this forum but i would like you guys to help me out i recently had a memory problem with my ps5 and when i google this forum came up on top, i tried searching topics for my problem but didn't find any so i'm here to publish this thread to get a solution, i just bought this ps5 5 months ago it wasn't new i bought it from a friend althought it was working fine and my friend was using it for about 3/4 he bought it from last year sale from telemart through savyour and because of savyour he got cashback and discount anyway it doesn't matter where he bought from lol i'm looking for a solution so kindly drop a reply!
