Please help! PPSSPP Gold 1.12.3 wont load HD Texture packs or .ini Files
could someone please tell me how i can fix this problem?

Recently bought PPSSPP Gold and installed its latest update 1.12.3 its overwritten PPSSPP 1.11.3, now before i updated it. all the HD texture packs for my PSP where working perfectly.

but now nothing is working! and when i try going into the developer tools i cannot load an .ini file. its blanked out and wont let me change it. Huh

i tried changing the various graphic settings but not matter what nothing fix's it, if anyone understands what might be happening and how to fix the problem could you please advise me?
