Problem with Chou Climax Heroes Kamen Rider Fighting Multiplayer. It goes faster

Okay so, I'm having this problem when playing lan with a friend of mine. We're able to make a room and play it, but, for some reason, instead of the game running at its usual 30fps from when I was testing, the game was running at 60 fps, which would be good, if it didn't make the characters run super fast (I guess movement is tied to fps), so I want to know if there is a way to fix this.
