i get about 10 fps oc 1,35 ghz single core so 2 ghz cpu or 1 ghz dual should get around full speed with a few tweaks here. and there also depends on what os version etc ie isc and gpu plays a big factor.

@ cloud1250000 how can you say cpu better in his phone than a tablet .he could have an old phone ie galaxy s2 and a nexus 7 tablet would be better.
