You missed .png after shoproad in texture.ini last line.

thanks for the warning, i'll fix it right now.

the PSD files are files for the user to edit in photoshop, the speedometer for example, it has some images for you to choose as the speedometer background, after choosing you can save a new veloc.png file and replace the old one.
