Is there a trick to getting the 3rd Birthday 60fps code to work? I tried it with two different EU isos of the game (one was an undub hack), tried enabling it only after a mission had already started, set the cheat refresh rate to 38 like it says in the notes (?), etc and the emulator still says 30fps.
