Black screen in Monster Hunter Portable 3rd download menu

I've been trying to get the DLC content from MHP3rd but I don't really understand how it works.

I found a folder from Team Maverick and put it in the SAVEDATA folder but when I go into the game to the Download menu this is what it says:

-Load complete
-Memoy stick duo has detected 61 download content items available
-On memory stick duo you don't have any download content

Then it gives me a loading screen and a black screen
Am I doing something wrong? Is the file not working anymore?
