Be careful you aren't replacing textures with other textures of the same size

The full scale portraits I leave in for testing, cause I use it to align it with Blinking frame above it and as I'm deleting bits from blink frame It helps me to quickly see if both are playing nice with each other. I am not tweaking any of full portraits.

As for not using the wrong textures I do try to be careful, but on a big scale it's always possible I'll make a mistake somewhere.

I made most of my edits to the Clamside Shell Inn textures that you provided, hashed some more, and remade some others by editing the FES textures you provided (i.e. the room "previews" right next to the front desk. I should say btw, the Tartarus folder has my updated textures and hashes now, as does the Hotel folder.

Here are some effects too. These are decidedly not upscaled. For whatever reason, Portable has a habit of using a decent quality base texture for something, and deciding to use a shrunken copy of that exact same texture elsewhere. For these, I replaced the shrunken copies with whatever Portable's "original" version is for a higher resolution.
