Starting PPSSPP fullscreen on a secondary monitor?

Hey guys,

I want PPSSPP to start directly fullscreen on my second monitor.

Google has brought me here on this 5yo thread:

But when I try this, I always end up with PPSSPP fullscreen on my main monitor. PPSSPP will start on my monitor 2 only if I close PPSSPP in windowed mode. But ofc, it will start windowed and not in fullscreen that way.

So, am I doing this wrong or this method doesn't work anymore?
Is there a way I am missing to pop PSSPPP directly in fullscreen mode on my secondary monitor?

Thanks btw for this awesome emulator, apart from this little inconvenience, PPSSPP is doing its job perfectly.
