You need to create the TEXTURES folder manually if you do not see it:



Inside of TEXTURES, create a folder named ULUS10391 (for USA) or ULES01213 (for EUR).



Then paste the contents of this mod's .zip inside of that folder.
The inside of the ULUS10391 folder (or ULES01213 if you're EUR) should look like this when you're done:



After that, do the following:
In PPSSPP's Settings → Tools → Developer Tools, scroll down and enable/check the "Replace Textures" option.
