Phantasy Star Portable 2 stuck

Hi folks.. I'm new here..
I'm having problems with Phantasy Star Portable 2. The thing is, the game gets stuck when I finish the first boss battle (Svaltia) and when Emilia's dialogue comes up and I press X, the game is just stuck, with Emilia's dialogue box empty. But I could still press Touch-screen controls. I thought maybe this only gets stuck at the beginning so I tried a friend's savefile. T'was fine but it gets stuck when: 1. I change at the wardrobe from my room. 2. When I try to go on a mission.

I used to play this game on the same phone but this never happened, also same PPSSPP version 1.9.4

Please help.
