Version 0.2:
- add's mostly textures for some maps I didn't visited before, dumping textures is really the most time consuming part of this;c, everything else, even entries for textures.ini can be quickly generated from dir filelist and upscaling while can take a bit, is also automatic,
- also added ignore list, mostly for textures that create animation with CLUT change as they can't be easily replaced and create a lot of spam during texture dumping.
