[Discussion] 60FPS patches for PSP games that run at 30FPS

I really appreciate your effort in this and I am having an amazing time with the game (MGSPW USA version).

But I noticed two problems.They both occurs when the 30 FPS or 60 FPS cheats are on. I tried all the FPS cheat.

1. When I equip sniper rifle and try 3×zoom, the camera is stuck. I can't move the camera to aim(in 3×zoom state). Equipping PTRD1941 & PTRS1941 won't move the camera at all at any zoomed state.

2. In "Peruse Amanda" mission, after reaching at last stage,"BANANAL FRUTA DE ORO: SORTING SHED", the camera is stuck after loading completes.It doesn't move along with the character.

I know it's been so long and would be annoying to look at these problems nowadays. But I would really appreciate if anyone could provide the solution.
