those are ps2 games you should go to pcsx2 site.

besides anyone can get a japanese release is just a matter of knowing where to buy and claiming was only released in japan is practically the people that never bought a game in their life and just commited themselves to piracy since anyone knows that those suikoden games got released on europe and USA while certainly the psp relelases are a japan release only those are selled on ebay,amazon japan and other sites quite cheap and since psp doesn't have a region lock you can get any game in the world (my first game i bought for my psp bought on UK are danganronpa,super danganronpa,sword art online)

just search gensou suikoden psp on ebay and you will see those are cheap just 10 dollars each.

(most of the users of the emulators have made piracy even developers for test purposes as long you don't link to warez no problem because you aren't breaking the rules)
