Colin McRae Rally 2005 - Convert tempAR tricks to CWCheats

By quick look, only "Time Remaning" was ported correctly here. If that one doesn't work, it's probably just a cheat for a different game version or the game is affected by inaccurate memory allocation(which is quite common and because of that PPSSPP will often only work with better, asm/code-patching cheats).

Other codes are definitely wrong althrough I'll never bother to learn TempAR(nor CWCheat as advanced code types are useless to me;p) formatting fully and only go by a quick look at my branch which partially supports/documents tempAR syntax.
