You can run multiple instance of PPSSPP on 1 PC to make testing faster

Let me know if it breaks any game previously working or improved stability/compatibility on any games before i make an official pull request

PS: What annoys me the most with multiple instance is that window size & position of the 2nd++ instances are random sometimes almost fully hidden under the screen

Update1: Re-upload my build to prevent getting too many Error messages in the Logs due to thread switching

What does the new builds improve upon?
I wish your builds will run Kingdom Hearts with proper ad-hoc one day.
