Depending on what games are in the .zip he's posted these files could be useful to some.

Final Fantasy III (NPHH00351) would not import any cheats through PPSSPP. I had to find the codes elsewhere and use the Edit Cheat File option to paste them into the newly created .ini

This .ini could then be moved over to PPSSPP on my Android phone, so it too could make use of the cheats.

Cheat.db doesn't seem to have everything.
