Please help me, im irritated

Hello guys, i'm in need of help.

I have an AMD Ryzen 5 2500U Mobile CPU 4 Cores
AMD RX 560X 4GB Card
& 8 Gigs of Ram

My game is choppy as hell no matter what resolution or backend i set it in.
The best result is on D3D11 but its still choppy.

I tried everything and nothing works, i have the latest version.

I'm positively sure that my laptop can run this without any issues.
