I found the condition PPSSPP launch on MacBook Pro (13-inch, 2017, Two Thunderbolt 3 ports).
The key was the external non-retina display. Not the eGPU. MacBook Pro +External (Non-Retina display): OK MacBook Pro (Internal Retina Display) : NG / OK (Once PPSSPP launched with external non-retina display, PPSSPP launch for a while. But reboot the MacBook Pro, PPSSPP can not launch without external non-retina display) |
