SOCKET ERROR 10013

Hello,

I've been using PPSSPP for years, and recently i decided to go back to it to play some online games.

When trying to connect to a specific IP adress (including my local ip adress), it gives my a socket 10013 error.

I tried everything, changing my DNS to 8.8.8.8/8.8.4.4 , i tried to disable my firewall, i allowed PPSSPP in my firewall, i ran PPSSPP as administrator both 64 and non 64 version, i tried using an older version of PPSSPP and nothing works.

Any idea what else could be done about it ? I was playing online back in the days on version 0.9 something and it was smooth.
