God Eater Burst DLC 1.61 JP

Hi, I am reading the instructions of how to play the DLC content in God Eater Burst. I do have problem however with the JP DLC where I have to update my save game using one of the plugins indicated in the tutorial. It says :

Using JP DLC with Japanese version (CFW)

1. Either download the latest version of NPloader from Codestation's thread and
place nploader.prx inside seplugins folder and add ms0:/seplugins/nploader.prx 1 to game.txt,
Or use the NoDRM engine if you have it via the recovery menu.
2. Download this pack and extract.
3. Place NPJH50352 inside PSP/GAME folder.
4. Download iso_tool 1.981 and place in PSP/GAME, run and update JP GEB.
5. Play!

If I am using an actual PSP, I wouldn't have any problem but this is the emulator we are talking about. How do I use the step 4 in ppsspp?
