Hello,

I can not get The 3rd Birthday to run at 60fps on PPSSPP Android? I have the latest stable version of PPSSPP from Google Play Store.

I put the text in the .ini file. I enable the cheat after starting a mission, as it says one should.

Game still runs at 30fps. Advice please?
