That's the most lazy texture pack I ever seen;p, files were dumped, automatically upscaled and that's it. They're not sorted in any way, nor renamed, if the game changed texture address or anything this will contain duplicate or maybe even many duplicates of it hence it includes 20k texture files and takes way more than it should.

It's a mess, if the textures are good after that upscaling, it can be used as a repo of textures to use in a texture pack where someone actually does a bit more with it, but blah I don't recommend using such packs on a game, it's really wasteful on the resources and completely unecessary takes over 6gb despite not being such a huge upscale all because of the duplicates. Heck from what I've seen even just using option to ignore the address when dumping would probably cut most if not all of those duplicates.

Either way correct way to download stuff from github is to use git and clone it to a directory on your hdd. Downloading such huge repo will never work well when trying to download it as zip.
