Network Configuration Issue - Marvel: Ultimate Alliance

Hello again, I'm sorry to say that I'm in need of some help again. This time round I'm working on a video for Marvel: Ultimate Alliance the video will display how each of the PSP exclusive characters are unlocked.

With this in mind, I've already recorded the 1st and 3rd ways that Hawkeye can be unlocked. But I still need to record the 2nd way that he can be unlocked the problem with this is that you have to register for online stat tracking to unlock him. When I try to do this my network configuration isn't recognized.
