No it would not, memory viewer exists to get a broaden view on the memory you don't want line by line view in there, especially since disassembly view does exactly that already and is primary window you should be using if you're interested in creating or viewing existing cwcheats, not because of how it displays through, but because what it displays - game code which you typically want to patch when creating cwcheats. Also it's not obvious, but you can display hexadecimal value of each line by pressing TAB in disassembly.
